Hohensalzburg Fortress

An impressive fortress of 1077, at 120 meters is open to the public and you can visit the medieval rooms and the romantic courtyard where events such as Fortress Concerts are often held. It would be interesting to get on the cable car.

Mirabell Palace

This impressive palace was built in 1606 by Archbishop Wolf Dietrich von Raitenau for his mistress. You will see statues of the heroes of Greek mythology in its wonderful garden, several scenes of the movie "The Melody of Happiness" were also shot here.

At Domplatz

One of the most beautiful squares in the city. Here you will also see the Cathedral of the city, one of the most beautiful renaissance buildings in Northern Europe. At Christmas a visit to the traditional Salzburger Christkindlmarkt market is a must.

Mozart's house

Mozart lived on the third floor of the house for 26 years, from his birth until 1773. Guests can browse the rooms and see historical musical instruments, documents, memorabilia and most of the composer's portraits painted while he was alive.
