Transportation in Sikinos
Sikinos is connected by ferry to the ports of Piraeus and Lavrio, through frequent itineraries, especially during the summer. The island is connected by ferry to the other islands of the Cyclades, while, alternatively, travel by air to Santorini and from there go to Sikinos, via the local ferry connection.
Public Transportation
Sikinos has a small road network within it that connects its two settlements as well as the beaches that can be reached by car. There is a local bus, with regular inland routes, while by boat, the most inaccessible beaches are approached. Use a car or motorbike for other transportation, as there are no taxis on the island.
