Airport/port transfer options
In Skiathos you can go either by air from Athens and Thessaloniki with scheduled flights and lots of international flights in the summer period, or by boat from the port of Volos.

The ferry connection Volos - Skiathos is served daily and the duration of the route is just over 1 hour by speedboat and about 2.5 hours by conventional ferry.
The island is connected by ferry to Mantoudi of Evia and the trip lasts from about 1.5 to 4.5 hours depending on the route. Skiathos has also connection with the port of Agios Konstantinos.
Public transportation
