From Thessaloniki (duration approx. hour)
The airport is 8 km from the city of Mytilene. Access to / from the airport by bus, taxi or car rental
The island of Lesvos is serviced by a number of Airlines from major European cities.
By Boat
From Piraeus (duration 11 to 17 hours depending on the ports of call). During the summer period there is also connection with the port of Kavala
Local transportation
Public Buses are connecting Mytilene with the major small towns
We recommend a Car Rental due to the size of the island
