In Theodoriana, the double waterfalls of Souda leave the visitor speechless with their impetuous force and their impressive height, while a variety of activities and hiking trails, in the rich natural environment of the area, will complete the reasons why the villages of Tzoumerka are a terrestrial paradise, waiting to be discovered by everyone.
Food and local cuisine
The local cuisine of the area offers a wide variety of flavors and dishes from excellent quality ingredients. The local meats stand out, cooked in many variations, hunting, the wide variety of pies (masondra, traditional vegetable pie with corn flour porridge), the excellent dairy and cheese products, (galotyri) and the cooked ones, accompanied by crayfish local tsipouro. Spoon sweets served with strained yogurt complete a menu of high standards.

Go to the area of Tzoumerka by road. From Thessaloniki, via Egnatia Odos to Ioannina and then through the provincial road Ioannina - Pramanta. From Athens to Arta and from there via the provincial road Arta-Pramanta. The area is also approached by bus routes starting from Ioannina.
