At Mazi Travel, sustainability is no longer just an ambition — it’s a defining part of who we are and how we operate.
Our participation in the EU Programme I‑STARS marked a turning point, setting us on a successful path toward higher sustainability standards across every aspect of our business.
Through the programme, our team embraced valuable opportunities for training and awareness‑raising on sustainable tourism. With the guidance of our dedicated Sustainability Expert, we developed Mazi Travel’s first comprehensive Sustainability Strategy and brought it to life through the implementation of key actions from our Sustainability Action Plan. These initiatives are already shaping the way we design travel experiences, manage our operations, and collaborate with partners.
From embedding sustainability practices into our tourism products to fostering a company‑wide culture shift, the journey has been as practical as it has been inspiring. The expert coaching covered by I‑STARS, combined with the supportive financing provided by the programme, gave us the knowledge, tools, and confidence to act with impact.
As we continue forward, the lessons and momentum from I‑STARS will keep driving our commitment to responsible, resilient, and ethical tourism — benefitting not only our clients and partners, but also the destinations and communities we serve.
