The Gate of Famagusta

Famagusta Gate led to the most important port of Cyprus, Famagusta. With a truly stunning façade, including an arched structure and an impressive 11-meter diameter dome, it attracts the attention of all visitors.

Archdiocese Palace

A building of the 18th century, it is an excellent example of the architecture of that time. A monument that is inextricably linked to modern Cypriot history. Right next to it is the new Archdiocese with the archbishop's residence, the Byzantine Museum and the Library.

Walk in Troodos

Selimiye Mosque

It was originally built as a Catholic Gothic Cathedral of Hagia Sophia, an important example of Gothic architecture in Cyprus. After the conquest of Cyprus by the Ottomans in 1571, the church was converted into a mosque.
