Medieval Castle

Its history begins in the 9th century. You can walk up to 10 minutes from the center or take the cable car. It offers stunning views of the city and in good weather you will even see the Alps.

Dragon Bridge

It was built in 1900 on the site of a wooden bridge that crosses the river Ljubljanica. At its edges are 4 large, highly realistic dragon statues. There is a legend that Jason discovered Ljubljana and together with the Argonauts, killed a dragon!

Old Town

Special architecture with baroque, neoclassical and Art Nouveau buildings, beautiful squares full of cafes and restaurants. Here you will see the church with the pink facade (Franciscan Church), the triple bridge and the dragon bridge, as well as the central market.

Tivoli Park

It is 2 minutes from the city center, this green lung is full of trees, flowers, small paths, a small lake, botanical gardens, some interesting statues and a playground. It was designed in 1813 and has since been expanded and renovated.
