How to use transportation in Monte Carlo
Transfer from/to Monte Carlo
As Monte Carlo does not have its own airport, you have to fly to the city of Nice, which is only 13 km away. The transfer from Nice to Monte Carlo is done by train and the ticket price starts from 3.50 euros. Alternatively you can use a taxi or rental car.
Monte Carlo is a small town that can be explored on foot without the use of public transport. There is of course the possibility of renting bicycles. Another way to get around the city is the Hop-on / Hop-off buses that tour all the sights of the city and tickets start from 20 euros per person.
