You can visit Dubrovnik all months of the year. However, the most ideal period is the spring and summer months when the weather is more favorable.
How to use transportation in Dubrovnik
Transfer from/to Dubrovnik
In Dubrovnik you can travel by air as it has its own airport. You will find airline tickets all year round from Thessaloniki and Athens. Your transfer from the airport to the city center can be done by local buses and the journey time is 30 to 40 minutes (6 euros), but also by taxi which costs 25-30 euros and the journey takes about 20 minutes .
However, from Northern Greece there is the possibility to travel to Dubrovnik by road as a cheaper but more time consuming option.
Public transportation
In Dubrovnik the main means of transport are the buses which will allow you to be transported to all destinations in the city (travel cost - 1.50 euros). Of course there is also the option of using a taxi which is a little more expensive.
