Mazi Travel, as part of its social responsibility efforts, had the honor on September 10, 2025, at the Thessaloniki Concert Hall, to present and sponsor the first prize in the piano competition of the Symphony Orchestra, under the direction of Maestro Simos Ioannidis, conductor of the Berlin Symphony Orchestra.

This initiative, which took place in memory of Athanasios Makris, father of the CEO of the company, Mr. Theodoros Makris, aims to support and highlight young artists, helping them stand out and evolve in the world of music. “Our contribution to the arts and music is a tribute to my father’s memory and a step forward for the future of young creators,” said Mr. Theodoros Makris.
