This pilgrimage takes you to the main destinations of his travels: Philippi, Thessaloniki, Athens, Corinth, where the apostle aroused the first Christian communities.

Itinerary
Arrival in Thessaloniki
Tour of Thessaloniki, divided into a lower part, modern, with a regular and orderly layout, and an upper part, surrounded by walls, with narrow streets of oriental character. Visit to the Byzantine churches of St. Demetrius and St. Sophia, enriched by valuable monasteries, which testify to the prestigious activities of Thessaloniki during the centuries of the Eastern Roman Empire. We continue with a panoramic visit of the lower part, with the symbolic and refined rotunda of St. George, the Galerius Gate and the excavation area of the Roman Forum. Possible free time for other attractions such as Platia Dikastirion, passing by Leoforos Aristotelus, the promenade with the imposing white tower. Dinner and overnight in a hotel.
Salonica/Philippos/Kavala/Salonica
Breakfast at the hotel. Departure to Philippi. The ancient city is divided into two parts by the Via Egnazia. St. Paul landed in Kavala and visited Philippi in 49 AD, from here he started his mission in Europe. You can visit the Agora, the Roman Forum, the Baths, the Palaestra and the ruins of the two basilicas, one of which is believed to have been the prison of St. Paul. Continuation to Kavala, landing point of S. Paolo on the way to Filippi. In this city, of Turkish past, we can admire the Imaret, the most imposing building overlooking the harbor and once housed students of theology; the Byzantine citadel with its walls, towers, dungeons and Cistern. In the afternoon return to Thessaloniki to the hotel, dinner and overnight.
Thessaloniki/Veria-Vergina/Kalambaka
Breakfast at the hotel. Departure to Veria, a city full of churches, if they total about 50. Some of the central streets retain almost intact their ancient Ottoman atmosphere, the churches were once used as barns and warehouses, among the most important Maegalou Alexandrhrou and Hristos with restored frescoes.Continuation to Vergina site visit, where the excavations carried out have revolutionized Macedonian archeology, bringing to light the burial chambers belonging to Philip II and other members of his royal family. You can admire the ruins of the Palace of Palatitsia, this complex was built during the 3rd century BC, as the summer residence of the Macedonian King Antogone Gonatus. Continue to Kalambaka, dinner and overnight.
Kalambaka/Delphi
Breakfast at the hotel. Visit to the Meteorite Monasteries. Located on top of the rocks, which have been modeled in the strangest forms of atmospheric agents and even more than 500 meters high. Here arise inaccessible monasteries, originally accessible only by mules, ladders and winches. The meteors owe their name to the position in which they are located, "the monasteries suspended in the air". Departure to Delphi. Dinner and overnight.
Delphi/Athens
Breakfast at the hotel. Visit of Delphi, the navel of the Earth, where a tribute was paid, the ancients could question the oracle. You can admire the Castalia fountain, the Temple of Apollo, the Via Sacra, the Roman Agora, the Great Altar, the Theater and visit the Museum containing the famous Auriga. Athens
Breakfast and guided city tour of Athens. You will see the University, the Library, the Academy, the Parliament with its Evzones, the President's residence, Hadrian's Arch, the Panathinaiko Stadium. Detailed visit of the Acropolis, one of the most suggestive archaeological sites in the world, with the remains of the Parthenon, the Erechtheion, the Theater of Dionysus, the temples and sanctuaries. Visit the Acropolis Museum collects exclusively materials found on the site: core of the collection are the statues and fragments of archaic architectural decoration desecrated by the Persians in 480 BC, in addition to sculptures from the classical period. In the afternoon, walk with attendant in the characteristic Plaka district.
Athens/Corinth/Micene/Epidaurus/Athens
Breakfast at the hotel. Departure to the Argolide: stop at the Corinth Canal, where you can see the canal of the same name, whose design dates back to the time of Nero, but only in 1890 the technology was able to cross the isthmus at 6 km.
