Naousa
Welcome to the hotel, meet the hosts over brunch, and discuss the agricultural history and the food culture of Imathia. Walking tour of Naousa, know the town’s culinary key points, and light lunch. Visit a local winery, get to know the production method, and try the signature Xinomavro wine. Dinner in a local tavern, introduction of Imathia’s main dishes, paired with local wines.
Veria
Departure for Veria. Walking tour in the city, with stops in key points and visit local producers. Lunch in a fusion restaurant. Visit the Ginhouse of Ideas for a Pottery Workshop. Dinner in Naoussa, tasting traditional soups, such as “patsas”, a signature Greek dish.
Trilofos – Veria
Visit a local winery, using up-to-date techniques and get to know the production line, followed by a wine tasting experience. Take part in a cooking workshop and have lunch like locals. Take part in a traditional dance Workshop. Return to Naousa for dinner and night out.
Naousa
After a traditional Greek breakfast visit a local winery and wander in the vineyards, know the aging and bottling process, and taste the local wines. Lunch in a traditional picturesque tavern. Head back to Naousa for an Art Workshop with local artists. Dinner and night out.
Naousa - Giannakochori
Walking tour in the traditional market and shopping spree of traditional ingredients. Take part in a cooking workshop and enjoy the tasteful creations. During the golden sunset visit one of the most famous wineries in Greece, tour the premises and know the historic significance of the place. Depart for Thessaloniki, take a gastronomy tour in the city center, and have light lunch in a traditional “kafenio”. Enjoy your evening in the city center. For dinner head to the suburbs and have a unique culinary experience.
