Veria
Welcome to the hotel, meet the hosts over brunch and discuss the agricultural history and the food culture of Imathia. Walking tour in Veria, know the town’s culinary key points. Visit the Peach Blossom viewpoint, try the signature dessert dish with coffee. Dinner in a local tavern and introduction of Imathia’s traditional main dishes, paired with local wines.
Naousa
Departure for Naousa. Visit local farmers and food producers, walk in the old market and cooking workshop, and taste local delicacies. Visit a local winery, wander in the vineyards, know the aging and bottling process, and finally taste the local wines. Dinner in Naoussa, tasting traditional soups, such as patsas, a signature Greek dish.
Naousa
Visit a local cheese production unit in Veria and try a selection of cheeses while getting to know the production line. Departure for Naousa, visit a local pie store, taste the famous pies of Naousa. Walking tour in town and visit the History and Folklore Museum of Naoussa. Return to Veria, dinner & night out.
Veria
After a traditional Greek breakfast visit a local winery and wander in the vineyards, learn about the aging and bottling process and finally taste the local wines. Lunch in a traditional picturesque tavern. Transfer to Macedonia Airport in Thessaloniki for the departure.
