It was founded by the Schneider family, a third-generation German winemaking family, who, fascinated by Greek viticulture, settled in Greece in the early 2000s. Their love for the Greek land and their desire to create high-quality wines led to the purchase of vineyards in the area of Epanomi in 2005 and the establishment of the winery in 2008.

The philosophy of Florian Estate focuses on producing ecologically sustainable wines with respect for tradition and natural processes. The winery began its operations in 2012 and presented its first official label in 2013, immediately winning international awards and recognitions. Today, Florian Estate continues to grow with new innovations and offers wines that impress with their uniqueness.
