The Florian Estate is a traditional family winery located in the region of Trilofos, east of Thessaloniki. It was founded by the Schneider family, a third-generation German winemaking family, who, fascinated by Greek viticulture, settled in Greece in the early 2000s. Their love for the Greek land and their desire to create high-quality wines led to the purchase of vineyards in the area of Epanomi in 2005 and the establishment of the winery in 2008.

The philosophy of Florian Estate focuses on producing ecologically sustainable wines with respect for tradition and natural processes. The winery began its operations in 2012 and presented its first official label in 2013, immediately winning international awards and recognitions. Today, Florian Estate continues to grow with new innovations and offers wines that impress with their uniqueness.

The tasting at Florian Estate features an excellent Syrah, with intense aromas of blackberry and cherry, and a finish of dark chocolate and coffee, highlighting the quality and character of the vineyard.

3. The KEXRIS Winery: Innovation and Tradition in the High Art of Retsina

The KEXHRIS winery uniquely combines Greek tradition with modern oenological developments, with the primary goal of revitalizing and upgrading retsina, the characteristic Greek wine that is intrinsically linked to our history and culture. Drawing inspiration from the wisdom of previous generations and utilizing modern technology, the winery has evolved into a pioneer in the field, placing retsina at the level of global recognition and evaluation.

Unique in Greece, the KEXHRIS winery conducts systematic research in collaboration with leading educational institutions, such as the Aristotle University of Thessaloniki, in order to explore new production techniques and flavor expressions of retsina. These experiments have led to the creation of four exceptional wines in the category of Retsina with Designation of Origin by Tradition, highlighting the uniqueness of the product and bringing retsina to the forefront of wine gastronomy.

The KEXHRIS wine range offers a different, multi-dimensional tasting experience, while the first pet-nat retsina, named "Afros," stands out for its unique freshness and the distinct sensation it provides to the consumer, whether enjoyed pure or as a cocktail.
